Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

• Understanding and coordinating with Rehoboth working mechanism, to get the desired outcomes
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings and review as organized by the Program team.
• Ensure all relevant data from the field are captured and monthly reports to be shared with the Program team
• Submit month wise plans, reports (daily, weekly and monthly), timesheet, logbook to the Program team
• Establish linkages with relevant authorities and other organizations in the district for better implementation of the project activities.
• Woking closely in coordination with the Caritas India partners for settling the repatriated 20 women to their native
• Keeping track on the health matrix and social and economic status of 20 women reintegrated with the community
• Networking with the various like-minded NGO and other community-based organization for collaborations to promote the products made by beneficiaries of Rehoboth
• Networking with CSR companies to promote the visibility of both organizations
• Partnership with Govt. bodies to benefit the beneficiaries like availing social security schemes at state and national level and mobilizing volunteer support for effective implementation
• Discuss the challenges and the achievement with the Program Associate on regular basis and provide feasible solutions to overcome the challenges
• Building capacity of Rehoboth team on Mental health

Documentation Management

• Maintaining thematic data base, case file of each of the beneficiaries, develop success stories to show the impact or progress of the program.
• Provide proper bills for each activity and submit them to the Program Associate for verification and further process.

Administration

• Timely reporting of administration related task to the reporting officer.
• Maintaining the attendance and leave record

Any other work as may be assigned basis organizational need.
