SITUATION VACANT AT New Delhi.

Role : The Quality Management Officer will initiate and oversee implementation of the Quality Management, Monitoring & Evaluation (E&M) strategy, policy and practice, in CI and its partner network.

Resposibilities

• Setting standards in planning, processes, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation process of all Caritas Interventions in collaboration with the concerned departments by ensuring internal learning, quality assurance and compliance.
• Consolidate existing standards and improve the existing standards
• Setting standards in trust areas by working on project management accompaniment etc.
• Developing Manuals/ formats/MIS for all departments of CI in association with the concern member of that department.
• Fostering a quality conscious attitude among all staff.
• Organizing regular evaluations and ensuring compliance on the recommendations.
• Identifying a pool of experts/consultants and setting standards for them.
• Active involvement in ongoing review programs & documents and feedback to concerned department
• Develop or set new standards for upcoming programmes in association with department and persons concerned.
• Ensuring improved understanding on quality standard among all members of CI and partners and ensure adherence of the same

Knowledge and Skills

• Must have the skill and knowledge in quality management system
• Must have the knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis and application of data management software
• Knowledge and understanding of India’s as well as international complex political, social, economic and religious environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of social teaching of the Church.
• Knowledge to conduct participatory research methods.
• High level understanding of other donor quality standards and expectations

Experience : Preferably 8 years or more hard core experience in Project Management in NGO Sector.
Qualification : Post-graduate Social work/ Sociology.
Personal Qualities: Willing to offer along term commitment.
Age: Not more than 50 Yrs.
Salary: As per the qualifications and experience.
