Title: Officer Capacity building

Employment Format: 1 year contract, with potential for extension
Required Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Work/ Social Sciences
Salary: As per the qualification and experience |
Role Description:
• Responsible for coordinating the capacity building initiatives in the programme at the organisational level.
• Responsible for management of training programmes and its reporting .
• Capacity building of the partners on Development issues.
• Timely achievement of training targets and their reporting .
• Contracting Technical Experts and organizing capacity building programmes. |
Experience- minimum 5 yrs in the development sector |
Skills Required
• Developing modules, designing training schedules, facilitating and managing training programmes
• Knowledge of working in multicultural, multilingual, multidisciplinary areas
• Strong professional oral and writing skills in English, including the development of reports, oral presentations, and technical/persuasive documents for consideration at the highest level with working knowledge of Hindi.
• Knowledge of management processes and ability to analyze and present data objectively and clearly.
• Computer literacy as related to programme management
• Excellent skills for quantitative analysis, complemented by capacity to work and produce results under pressure and with short deadlines
• Excellent facilitation skills. |
