Job Description

Responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and reporting of all the North East region direct intervention projects.

• Plan strategies based on strategic plans of CI CBR and propose the same at the time of preparation of project proposals.
• Prepare project planners and budgets for each location by involving the local staff team, PwDs, and other community stakeholders in the process.
• Help the field team to put a detailed implementation plan (DIP) based on the approved planner.
• To identify training needs and organize/provide training to the field teams as required from time to time.
• Ensure transparency, ethical conduct, and efficiency in project implementation at field level.
• Provide other operational and technical support to the field team to take forward the field activities of the assigned projects as required.
• To participate actively in the monthly staff meetings conducted by CI CBR and share the field level experiences
• Be a direct link to the Programme Lead (S) for all matters related to NE region programmes.
• To undertake field visits across all the project locations in the region and guide the team to perform to their optimum potential.
• To facilitate regular weekly/monthly online meeting of field teams of the NE Region
• To conduct assessment and evaluation of the projects from other regions
• Work along with the Programme Lead (S) in developing the monthly / annual plan of NE region.

  • To monitor the leave of the field teams and give the update to the admin team.
  • • Get monthly advance slips and facilitate programme implementation as per the approved plans
    • Guide the team to utilize the programme cost as approved and get the statement of expenses and a short report along with the necessary bills and vouchers.
    • Provide suitable approved formats of CI CBR to document the results
